Review a connection
Section titled “Review a connection”- Open Integrations and check the status of each listed service.
- Connect or disconnect only a service approved by the business owner.
- Complete authorization on the provider’s own page when redirected.
- Return to the admin and confirm the status changed.
Use AI-assisted features
Section titled “Use AI-assisted features”Open AI settings, read the explanation for each toggle, and keep a human review step for customer-facing copy or replies. AI suggestions are drafts; check names, prices, dates, and promises before publishing or sending.
Never paste API keys, passwords, payment details, or private customer exports into a chat or AI field. If a connection is broken, record the exact status and use Troubleshooting.
